  • Developed associate retention strategies with the Store Manager.

Brand Operations Manager, Victoria's Secret

  • Led and executed company initiatives to support Store of the Future concepts.

  • Owned understanding of shipment visibility to ensure processing payroll is scheduled to meet product flow demands and adjusts schedule appropriately.

  • Primary owner of Asset Protection (AP).

  • Shared Key Performance Indicator reporting and built the capacity of the entire store team around physical inventory outcomes.

  • Led the execution of all store projects and compliance, including physical inventory, markdowns, re-tickets, and other non-selling-related tasks.

  • Oversaw team processing and replenishment.

  • Determined operational and product life cycle planning for the store and drove business growth through short-term and long-term actions that focused on improving merchandise availability.

  • Set weekly direction and supported execution for product life cycle activities, including processing, backroom organization, replenishment, and sell-down.

  • Owned partnership with maintenance and tracking and follow-up of all maintenance issues.

  • Managed supply budget and made the final decision on all supply orders.

  • Reported directly to the Vice President of Store Experience of Arula (formerly known as A'Beautiful Soul).

  • As Brand Leader, I was responsible for in-store operations and planning, planning and supporting the execution process of floorsets and refresh plans, window sets, and markdowns.

  • In addition, I managed payroll and was responsible for the Store's financial performance, sourced and hired all team members, conducted and facilitated Brand Representative, Guest Lead, and Assistant Lead training.

Pink Manager, Victoria's Secret

  • Owned and executed brand initiatives and strategies (Sales Education, Launches, Events, Brand Promotions, and Product Testing).

  • Gained business insight and took action by reviewing Brand results daily, weekly, and monthly, and linked behaviors to actions.

  • Took initiative to understand the brand and offered solutions on how the store could drive top-line growth.

  • Worked with Sales Leadership Team to determine payroll management and took appropriate actions.

I wrote a paper reflecting on Chapter 10 of Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves's book, Emotional Intelligence 2.0, explaining why and how having emotional intelligence in the workplace is essential while providing helpful examples with cited research.

This is an audio PowerPoint I researched and created, graphs included, about how a four-day workweek can be more profitable, produce higher quality work, and supports work culture. I used Shake Shack's four-day workweek model for its selected managers, comparing their results to the traditional five-day workweek.
